Make AI‑first the way your team ships.

Your engineers already have the tools. What's missing is the operating system around them: the workflows, the review discipline, the habits. We train teams, work alongside them on real tickets, and leave behind a playbook they own.

01 / THE GAP

Buying licences isn't a strategy.

Most teams bought the tools, watched a demo, and changed nothing about how they actually work. The result: autocomplete-grade gains from agent-grade technology.

AI-first is a way of working — how you spec, delegate, verify, and review. That's a team skill, and team skills are trained, not installed.

We're engineers, not slideware consultants. Every engagement happens in your codebase, on your tickets, with your team at the keyboard.

02 / WHAT WE DO

Three ways in — one path.

Online Workshop

Live and hands-on. Your team leaves with working agentic workflows — not notes about them.

  • Agentic coding end to end: spec, delegate, verify
  • Context engineering for your real codebase
  • Review discipline for AI-generated changes
  • Exercises on your stack, not toy repos

Hands-on Support

We join your team and make it stick — pairing on real tickets until the new default holds.

  • Pair sessions on your actual sprint work
  • Tooling, CI and guardrails set up properly
  • Office hours for the hard, weird cases
  • Weekly readout: what's working, what isn't

The AI-First Playbook

The written system your team keeps: workflows, prompts, checklists and policy — adapted to you.

  • Workflow patterns with when-to-use guidance
  • Prompt and context templates that survive contact
  • Review checklists and rollout sequencing
  • A usable AI policy your legal team will sign

03 / FIT

Built for teams who ship.

Right fit

  • Product and platform teams of 3–50 engineers
  • Leads who suspect their AI spend is underused
  • Teams with tools adopted but habits unchanged
  • Organizations that want a written standard, not folklore

Not for

  • Teams looking for a keynote and a certificate
  • "AI transformation" without touching the code
  • Anyone hoping to replace review with trust

04 / QUESTIONS

Asked before, answered here.

Which tools do you cover?

The workflows are tool-agnostic — spec-driven delegation, context engineering and verification apply whether your team runs Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor or an in-house setup. We tailor the exercises to whatever your team actually uses.

Do you need access to our codebase?

For workshops, a representative slice is enough — many clients use a sanitized mirror. For hands-on support we work inside your environment under your access controls, and we'll sign whatever your security team needs.

Can we start with just the playbook?

Yes. The playbook stands on its own and is the cheapest way to start. Most teams that begin there come back for a workshop once they see how much of the value sits in practice, not reading.

How do we know it worked?

We agree on observable outcomes up front — cycle time on typical tickets, review turnaround, how much of the team uses the new workflows unprompted — and measure them before and after instead of asking for feelings on a survey.
